Here are Next Level Creators we do not fool ourselves that we are “special” or that clients will buy from us simply because they “like us”. We understand that clients don’t care about us, they care about growing & improving their own lives.
In order to earn the role of “leader in the market”, we plan to continuously earn it day in & day out. It’s our obligation to deliver the best results to our clients and we will accomplish this through a relentless focus on offering the fastest, most profound transformations, results & outcomes to our clients at the cheapest price.
In order to continuously deliver industry changing results to the client we will continuously re-invest in the client through innovating & simplifying our programs to deliver the better results.
To view the market through our lens is quite different than most businesses traditionally focus on. Many businesses focus on: Competitor focus, tech focus, product focus, personally focused, and short term horizons. Most businesses are competitor focused and their eyes are fixated on their competition or personally focused trying to maximize short term profits for shareholders.
In the creator education industry today, the focus is definitely personal. Film schools & universities have been propped up government backed loans allowing them to charge obscene prices for a piece of paper (degree). These film schools, universities & guru’s are making a fortune at the expense of the client instead of their benefit.
New online film schools have sprouted up run by “guru’s” who flash nice cameras, houses & cars they have. These strategies can work, the only difference is that some are shorter lived than others.
With Next Level Creators our lens is to go all in with obsessive client focus. Why? In the long term, clients always gravitate to what’s best for them. Being famous on social media and flashing your nice cameras, studio, cars or house may bring you a flash of clients in the short term, but in the long term, clients will buy what’s best for them. True client obsession is challenging, you don’t get instant-gratification, you’re technically “uncool”, you’re less famous than the other guys on social media, and people may think you’re making less than others. But in the long term, nothing beats client obsession.
Here’s some highlights from 2018’s client obsession:
We rebuilt the Next Level Creators program two times in the span of 12 months. The first version was 20 hours long, the new version is over 100.
We founded the Earn The Deal Sales Model & Mega-Value Marketing Model which are predicated on the business principle that “to become the best, you must become the person who deserves the best. You have to earn it.”
We invested over 100 hours in training our enrollment team leads who help clients develop the strategy to start & scale their creative business. There are many companies that try to sell by “convincing” people to buy. Our team does the exact opposite & actually adds value in the 1 hour strategy call. Many clients have said that a strategy call with one of our team leads was the most profitable hour they spent in their business all year and we’re remarkably proud of this feedback.
We brought on a “mindset mentor”. We learned that one of the most difficult things about being a high performing business owner is knowing what to do when. Easily the biggest cost in a business is “guessing & strategizing what to do” instead of “doing”. To eradicate this cost for our community, we’ve repurposed our entire training to have shortcuts depending on where the client is in their business & given them a feedback mechanism through the focus mentor inside the community.
